Beautiful Pictures of Landscapes Before & After:

Before - This home in Surfside was an unadorned plain Jane.

After - Planted small at first, this Surfside Garden has become a lush, tropical show off as it has grown in and the curb appeal is spectacular.

Before - This Key Biscayne home was in need of some curb appeal.

After - Planted with hundreds of perennial peanuts rather than sod, the ground cover here is a colorful show of yellow blooms when in bloom, now that they are growing in.

Before - This dooryard garden in Rio Vista was unwelcoming and poorly planted in the picture below
.

After - Picture below is same area of landscape leading to the front door, after planting a simple elegant welcoming dooryard
garden.

Before - The Picture below shows how separate the homeowners yard in Naples appeared from the native stand of Pines beyond on the property.

After - The Picture below shows how the landscape was incorporated into the yard to create a beautiful habitat style border which incorporates the borrowed landscape of the natural world and the Pine stand on the property.

Before - The photo of this North Miami Beach condo below was typical. Between buildings at the entrance to their docks the place had only grass, and eyesores such as the AC units, were exposed and left uncovered and uncooled from the heat.

After - The same space between buildings at this condo is now a naturescape with butterfly host and nectar plants and salt tolerant natives. Notice the AC unit is cooled by plants and no longer visible. The high water needs grass has been removed. Now the stroll to the docks at this intracoastal location is a stroll through the garden as well.

Before - Here is another location between buildings which was being wasted. The grass and common hedge of inappropriate plants did not contribute in a positive way to the landscape and was not aesthetically pleasing either.

During the renovation, photo Below - The landscape transformation is already obvious. This formerly boring uninviting space of grass and hedge between buildings is being transformed to a glorious naturescape garden with lush easy care tropicals, natives, and butterfly host and nectar plants. All the grass was removed and replaced with ground cover plants. This condo landscape was nominated as best condo landscape in North Miami Beach.

Photo below: What a difference a day makes. Before renovation at this Delray Townhouse, the wrong plants were planted in the wrong place. Shade loving palms suffered at the sunny east exposure of the front door. Other needy plants plugged into poor dry soil at this townhome near the beach fried along the hot east walkway to the door.

Photo below: After - Now: A butterfly garden filled with sun loving, drought and salt tolerant plants graces the entry to this lovely townhouse near the beach.

Before - Below this Davie homeowner saw nothing but cars and driveways when they looked out their windows into this landscape.

After - Below, the solution was to plant the right plants in the right place. Now from their windows, the homeowners see a vista with lovely fronds of the native Florida Thatch Palm, Giant Alocasias, Iris and other aesthetically beautiful plant choices right for the space.
